The development of the
banking industry in Indonesia is very quick. This is due to community needs for
banking services increases. Knowledge, education, technology and economic
growth lead to greater use of banking services. On the other side of the bank's
role not only as a means of storage of money but also as a means of investment,
trade finance, loan, means of payment, insurance etc. Currently
valid means of payment in Indonesia is cash (banknotes), coins, checks,
etc.
With the increasing use
of banking services where banks in Indonesia is growing. Starting from commercial
banks, rural banks, Syari’ah banks, and other type of banks. Of all of the
bank's most enthuse public is a commercial bank. For examples of commercial banks
in Indonesia is BCA, Bank Mandiri, BNI,
BRI, etc.
Bank Mandiri is the
largest bank in Indonesia. Based on data from the Financial Services Authority,
the Bank's total assets amounted to Rp 798.19 trillion. Bank Mandiri has a lot
of banking products such as savings accounts, checking accounts,
deposits, and others.
Savings Products at
Bank Mandiri has its advantages and easier such as withdraw cash
from an ATM or cashier. To open a savings account administration expense
amounted to 20,000. For further deposit 10,000. And for transfers between banks
there is Bank Charges by Rp.6.500.
The current accounts at
the bank also has the advantages of independent means can be withdrawn by check
or giro. The check was given to the payee in the sale and purchase transactions
